一般動詞の否定文は主語と動詞の間に"do not"を入れます。
I like cake.→I do not like cake.
I do not like play baseball.
We do not live in Japan.
主語と動詞の間にdoes not を入れます。
He does not eat breakfast.
Ken does not have a pen.
一般動詞の疑問文は主語の前にDoを付けます。
You play the piano.→Do you play the piano?
Do you go to school?
Do you like English?
Do they help you?
主語がhe she itや固有名詞などのとき、主語の前にDoesを付けます。
Doesの場合、動詞にs(es)は付きません。
He speakes Japanese.→Does he speak Japanese?
Does she like dog?
Does Taro read Japanese?
Does he know her?
何を〜しますか？の疑問文はWhatを使います。
What do you like?
I like coffee.
What do you have?
I have a book.
主語が３人称の場合です。
３人称とは「彼」「彼女」「これ」「それ」「あれ」「どれ」など。
What does he have? doesが付くとhasではありませんよ。これは決まりと考えてください。
He has a book.
Where does she live?
She lives in Japan. 彼女は今現在日本に住んでいます。三単現です。
いつ〜しますか？
When do you watch TV? I watch TV at night.
When do you study? I study before breakfast.
When does she study? She studies at night.
どちらが〜しますか？
Which do you want? I want beer.
Which do they like? They like meat.
Which does she like? She likes meat.
だれが〜しますか？
Who teaches French? Mr.Yamada does.
Who is he? He is Mr.Yamada.
